Jehan Pereira

Jehan (Jay) has over 20 years experience in the IT industry as a System Programmer, Subject Matter Expert and Senior Project Manager in all aspect of credit card acquiring and issuing. His vast experience of working in the Sub-continent, Europe, the Middle East and Asia has enabled Jehan to have a unique blend of cultural sensitivity and work well within a variety of diverse situations. Jay's love is his family and passion his company. The trust built up with all his clients is something that is tantamount to Jay, maintaining it is imperative.

iSphere Global inc. began its operation in Manila as a result of clients requesting an off-shore advantage different but as effective as the current global trend. Jay strove to invest not only in the company but also in the Philippines, which has been a true success story. "we instilled our vast knowledge on a number of staff and assisted them to move to the next level of their career path". Jay has also promoted a programme of educating (and feeding) the less fortunate street kids out of poverty in the Philippines, which has now become an annual charity event at Christmas time in Makati, whereby, children receive a small gift and their parents receive food parcels.

Prakash Samuel

Prior to joining iSphere Global, Prakash work in the Insurance and Banking industries for 15 years before consulting for the Consumer Lending sector for the past 9 years.

His experience in project delivery encompasses business requirements design, IT development and project management in Credit Card Processing, Consumer Loan Processing, Behaviour Scoring, Collection Management, Transaction Fraud Detection, Recovery/Agency Management.

Prakash's key strengths are in the business system design/consulting, project delivery, system configuration and knowledge/skills transfer. Prakash has successfully completed numerous project assignment in Australia, New Zealand, India, Pakistan, Bahrain, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Denmark.

His industry exposure includes leading International Banks and Credit providers,ConsumerCredit software vendor, Telecommunication provider and Decision Support tools provider. Recent project delivered include the launching new consumer credit products in the Cambodia on VisionPlus 8.x(tm) for a leading Australian Bank. With Consumer Lending platform experience spanning 22 plus years (since 1997), and integration of these with indutry standard scoring platforms such as Strategy Ware (tm), Strategy Manager(tm), Probe-SM(tm), Falcon(tm) and TRIAD(tm).

James Berti

James Berti is iSphere's Chief Executive Officer for the Asia Pacific Region, responsible for executing iSphere's business strategy, leading the company's business and geographic operations and for interacting with clients.

Prior to becoming CEO-AP in October 2011, James was a Program Director for a major Australian bank, a position he held since 2009. In this role he lead a Global program to help execute the banks Global Card Strategy. From 2005 to 2009, James was an executive for a major global bank in Australia where he was responsible for the banks Operations and Technology division. As Director of Operations and Technology, James was responsibly for all aspects of Technology, the banks Call Centre, Back Office Operations, Transaction Services, Compliance and Major Programs. He was also instrumental in establishing the banks offshore business process and delivery operations Centre's.

From 1995 to 2004, James was an executive based in Singapore, leading a major Business and Technology transformation strategy as well as a large Technology delivery Centre. During this time, he was responsible for the relationship of Western Europe and Asia Pacific retail bank franchises with the International Technology Organisation. Prior to that, James held senior positions in IT from the time he graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Cheryl Austen

As Head of Project Services for iSphere Global Inc, Cheryl has responsibility for delivering strategic project for international business, coordinating stakeholders and resource across several global bases.

Previously employed in senior managerial and project directors roles, she is an experienced Strategic and Financial Manager with a track record across government, small and large business and complex private group entity environments.

Away from the bright light of work, Cheryl is delighted to spend time with her husband Michael, 3 georeous children - Madeleine, Chole and Wade and all their extended family which fill her life with love and laughter.

Kerrie Chipman

Kerrie has been part of the iSphere lobal team since 2005. Kerrie understand the importance of mantaining a high work ethic and dealing with peaople in a professional and courteous manner. Kerrie has an extensive background working in business administration including IT, Banking, Finace and Real Estate.

Prior to joining iSphere Global, Kerrie managed a successful real estate officer amongst other equally demanding roles.

Daniel Manicad

As VP for Operations, Daniel is responsible for the supervision of all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the iSphere Global Manila office including day-to-day operations, finances and HR concerns. He is also in charge of maintaining the iSG client and project base, as well as be a key resource in business development initiatives.

Dan has over 10 years experience in the IT and Banking Industry, working on different roles in the applications development and system integration projects, mostly in the credit card issuing and acquiring. He has a strong background in business and system analysis, applications development, QA testing, project delivery, and BAU support. Since joining iSphere Global, he has successfully accomplished project assignments in Australia, Denmark, Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Prior to working with iSG, Daniel worked in a local bank as an applications developer and support for the banks credit card system.
