iSphere Global is partnering with Indigenous communities to upskill Graduates and like minded Business educated people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander origin in our niche area of Retail Banking.

We feel that there is a potential to take a stance and bring these original owners of our Land into the digital landscape that we thrive in. There has been an overwhelming positive response from all of our leaders to take part and bring this initiative to reality. 3 of our major Blue Chip clients have also embraced this vision and want to be part of it.

This isn’t new to us as we have partnered with other foundations in the past to do something very similar in the Philippines and created the Cararoo Foundation to Educate Children Out Of Poverty – https://www.cararoofoundation.com.au

This has been a huge success that keeps rolling on. The fact that we achieved this in another country, shows our commitment and passion to do the same with our Indigenous population who have occupied this beautiful country for 60,000 years!
