This meaningful partnership is led by iSphere's Country Manager, Maria "MJ" Ventic, a passionate badminton player whose journey on the court led her to meet Coach Kean, the visionary founder of Prowess. MJ was deeply moved by Coach Kean's unwavering commitment to training children and teens for free, often covering the cost of court rentals himself and improvising with village parking lots when needed.

He sourced equipment with the help of friends, adjusted to trainees' schedules and learning styles, and built a culture of empathy and connection. His coaching goes beyond technique — he listens to each child's story, builds trust, and fosters a family-like bond that nurtures character as much as talent.
Parents have expressed heartfelt gratitude, witnessing their children grow into respectful, kind, and hardworking individuals. The community has rallied behind the camp, inspired by the kids' determination to train through scorching heat or pouring rain. Their perseverance paid off at the Felet National Tournament — Coach Kean's players reached the finals, proving that grit and guidance can defy all odds.
